The Stylus Pro 3800 is an A2+ (17”) cut sheet desktop wide format printer, the latest addition to the Epson Professional printer range to incorporate the well proven and respected UltraChrome K3 inkset.

The Stylus Pro 3800 has the smallest footprint in its class, and brings quality, reliability & flexibility to the photo, fine art & proofing markets at a low cost of entry and greatly reduced running costs compared to alternative printing technologies.

Although the Stylus Pro 3800 is the most compact of A2+ printers, it incorporates 9 high capacity , small footprint, 80ml ink cartridges made possible because of a unique pressurized ink delivery system, with the ability to automatically switch between Photo & Matte black depending on the media selected in the advanced printer driver.

The Micro Piezo printhead incorporates the same high nozzle count as other Stylus Pro printers incorporating Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT) and 3.5pl UltraMicroDot, therefore maximizing print throughput, exceeding productivity and quality levels already established.

The Stylus Pro 3800 is supplied with advanced PC & Mac printer drivers incorporating advanced halftoning technology and high speed network and USB 2.0 connectivity, providing a professional quality desktop printing solution.

Postscript compatibility is provided with the optional EPSON Stylus RIP, and integration into existing workflows can be achieved using the wide range of 3 rd party RIP products committed to support this printer.
